I probably should have linked to the posts on volokh, but in my mind most of that stuff is well covered. I don't agree with the pro-internment folks, but it is rare to see them arguing in a mainstream outlet, so I think it's more interesting to read them than an attack on internment. Linking to something doesn't imply agreement with it, and there were some elements of what he said that seem relevant to me. This is probably coming off as more defensive than I intended, but oh well.
